I called DHL Beirut to see why my packages were still held up in india and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service I received. Honestly, this was so unexpected in Lebanon. I was given timely assistance by a polite, respectful operator who remained helpful until the very end of my call. Thank you DHL.
