Review of Virgin Megastore Lebanon

I never reviewed any store before but I felt this time I should because I thought Virgin Megastore is a trusted store, but apparently it isn't. I bought a headset for 100$, it worked for 2 weeks only and suddenly stopped working. I went to the store and they took it to "repair" it knowing that it is not a hardware problem because we checked it. And after 3 months I got it back, still not working with a defected cable...
They claimed then that I broke the cable and they aren't responsible of any hardware problem...
