Review of Grand Optics

Very very bad customer service. I bough a Burberry glasses from there and in less than six months the got torns (they are the ones with Burberry fabric on the sides). When I went back to the shop they said: yes this model is like this, all we can do is fix them with altico...!!!??? Really I paid a fortune for these glasses and they want to fix them with glue. They did not even bother to call their management or workshop. Last time I buy from such a place
