Review of City Taxi

Dear reader
Aproxemitly 12 min ago one ofofCity taxis uncouth employees at the call center exibhited extremly inpolite and unprofessional behavior.
I called the call center to file in a complaint that the taxi ordered was late and the information that was being provided regarding his whereabouts where back handed reponses. I was met with yelling screaming and having the phone shut after asking to speak to his superior.
I called back and i demanded the employees name and last name to inform his managers of his behavior his reply was "tla3 mn rasse ". Very professional
