Visits the real estate, subject of purchase, on the customer's expense.
The customer, willing to purchase a certain real estate, shall sign certain documents such as: recognition of the broker's right, his authorization to purchase or sell. These documents shall maintain the broker's rights, and at the same time, the customer's full rights so that the latter would earn profit out of the deal whether selling or purchasing.
The real estate broker shall not earn any amount of money from the buyer or seller before concluding the contract.
The real estate broker shall earn the legal prevailing commission consisting of 2,5% from the buyer, and 2,5% from the seller.
