Philips Electronics Middle East & Africa - Beirut, Lebanon

I had a bad experience with Philips local representative AZ Electronics.
I went to Khoury Home Dora and requested the BG2024 (Bodygroom) trimmer head spare unit in August 2016. Khoury Home did his job and requested the spare unit as well from AZ Electronics.
At the delevery date, i was shocked when I received the spare trimmer head in a bubble bag without any Philips decent packing!! I called AZ electronics on the spot to clarify this point and they tried to convince me that these units come in bulk from Philips to minimize the customs cost!!!!
After a long debate, i could hardly understand their point of view. They told me that they are Philips sole authorized distributor and their items are guaranteed!!!

I bought the spare trimmer and here I am in mid-september having the unit failing!!!!

The original trimmer lasted for 3 years whereas the spare one bought from AZ electronics barely lasted for 1 month!!!


What a Shame!!!

I wish that Philips team reads my comment as I know that this company doesnt accept any such a bad review!!
